Short feedback about one online store
If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. It is interesting to see how different people value different aspects of a product. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites. Online shopping will always have a bit of risk, but experience makes it easier. Bad lenses can cause eye strain, reflections and headache when you wear them for hours.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

Having a tracking number that works on common sites is very convenient. Trendy pieces are fun, but I only buy them when the price is reasonable. Comfort around the heel and toes is more important than super fancy design. I like when a shop clearly shows PD, lens height and bridge width in millimeters. A simple and honest answer like 鈥渨e do not have that option鈥?is better than marketing fluff. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. Recently I have been testing several online eyewear shops to compare frames and lenses. I also check if the lenses have any blue light filter or anti-reflection coating.
