looking for the best one for translation is very important

He must be good at obviously and quickly translation .


It's a very good idea.
But my English is not so good to do that.
We almost need someone that can "rewrite" the
whole article with the same concept.
It will help foreign friend not to break our law, and
it also hurts our government.
The first article alone is powerful enough, I think.

Can you try?? Just "rewrite" the article.

Or just let all the members of the forum try!!
